The xx’s long-awaited sophomore album Coexist arrives in fall, and now we finally get to hear a song from it. “Angels,” the album’s opener and first single, is a spindly, delicately romantic song that recaptures the spare, insinuating sensuality of the band’s first album. On first listen, it promises some very good things.
